Part-Time Sales/Business Development Manager - IMMEDIATE OPENING! Are you a highly motivated self-starter looking for a flexible opportunity to grow your sales career? Kidokinetics, an exciting and dynamic children's fitness and sports program, is actively seeking a motivated, optimistic, and results-driven individual to help us grow our business. About Kidokinetics: We provide a unique mobile sports program that helps children (ages 2-10) develop motor skills and fitness in a fun and non- competitive environment. Our programs are offered at daycares, preschools, elementary schools, after-school programs, community centers, and even homes across Chicagoland. What You 'll Be Doing: * Prospecting and enrolling new locations such as daycares, preschools (Montessori, Goddard Schools, etc.), CPS schools, and park districts into our enrichment and PE programs. * Engaging with directors, parents, and community partners to showcase the benefits of our programming. * Closing sales and driving business growth through relationship building and follow-up. * Managing current clients and overseeing the implementation of programs. * Supporting marketing initiatives, handling scheduling, and ensuring quality standards are met. Desired Skills and Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, especially in field-based business development. * A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic personality. * CRM experience and social media marketing knowledge are a plus. * Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and demonstrate program offerings. * Reliable transportation is a must, as this role involves traveling to meet clients.
