Position: Lead Generator / Appointment Setter Purpose: Engage with homeowners to spark conversations about their air conditioning and heating needs, and schedule appointments for service, diagnostics, or system replacement. Expectations: * Proactively approach and engage with potential customers to identify HVAC needs * Clearly explain the benefits of our services and programs * Set qualified appointments for diagnostics, service, or replacement estimates * Represent Sierra Air Conditioning and Plumbing with professionalism and enthusiasm * Maintain a strong desire for personal and income growth * Meet or exceed appointment-setting and conversion goals Job Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years old * Outgoing personality and willingness to initiate conversations * Able to stand for extended periods of time * Reliable transportation to travel to designated locations * Able to pass a drug screening and background check * Highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented This position offers hourly pay PLUS commission --so your earnings reflect your effort and success.
