Job Summary We are seeking an organized, dedicated office assistant/Leasing Agent to join our team. Duties -Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional resident satisfaction - Manage Leasing processes, from showings to move-in - Assist in the Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents - Coordinate maintenance and improvement projects to enhance property value - Foster a positive community atmosphere through events and resident engagement Skills - Yardi or similar property management software preferred - Experience in Property management administrative tasks - Ability to maintain organized files and records - Knowledge of Section 8 and LIHTC programs is preferred - Strong conflict management skills - Excellent administrative capabilities - Customer service-oriented with good phone etiquette Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Referral program * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
