Now, we're looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our growing team and help more customers improve their homes with confidence. What You'll Do: * Conduct in-person and virtual estimates for home repairs and renovations * Close warm leads provided by our marketing team * Network locally with realtors, property managers, and community groups to generate new business * Coordinate with project managers and technicians to ensure client satisfaction What You Bring: * 2+ years of experience in home service or construction sales * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Motivation to prospect and build relationships in the community * Comfortable with technology and virtual tools Compensation & Perks: * Performance-based pay - earn $70K+ with uncapped commission * Leads provided + tools and training to help you succeed * Paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and room for advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * No nights Experience: * home service sales: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Philadelphia, PA 19122
