We are looking for a motivated part-time professional and organized Assistant Property Manager.

Responsibilities

and

Duties

• Assist the Property Manager with completing the day-to-day activities at the apartment community.
• Support the property manager in all leasing activities.
• Assisting with maintaining an accurate waiting list, leasing, and meeting occupancy goals.
• Ensuring positive resident relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining compliance with HUD guidelines and adhering to company policy.
• Assist with the timely collection, input, and recordkeeping of all rents/accounts receivables.
• Coordination of work with Maintenance Technicians and contractors.
• Comply with all Fair Housing requirements and all federal, state, local landlord laws.
• Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Regional Property Supervisor.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 1 year property management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience using Microsoft office
