Full description of the position

We are looking for a motivated part-time professional and organized Assistant Property Manager. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist the Property Manager with completing the day-to-day activities at the apartment community. * Support the property manager in all leasing activities. * Assisting with maintaining an accurate waiting list, leasing, and meeting occupancy goals. * Ensuring positive resident relationships and providing excellent customer service. * Maintaining compliance with HUD guidelines and adhering to company policy. * Assist with the timely collection, input, and recordkeeping of all rents/accounts receivables. * Coordination of work with Maintenance Technicians and contractors. * Comply with all Fair Housing requirements and all federal, state, local landlord laws. * Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Regional Property Supervisor. Qualifications/Requirements * High School diploma or equivalent * Valid Driver's License * Minimum 1 year property management experience preferred * Strong organizational and communication skills * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Experience using Microsoft office * Must work well with others Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 per week Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Property management: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
