Part time Property Manager position available at the Candlewood Village Apartments located at 101 Candlewood Dr in Frankston, Texas. Must have excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills. Tax Credit/RD experience a plus, but will train! Computer, knowledge a plus! (MS Office, Email) YARDI experience a plus but will train. Duties to include but not limited to gathering info from current and prospective tenants, answering phone, working with Maintenance on the upkeep of property.
