Leasing Agent Location: Spring Villas, 7450 Bluff Springs Road, Austin, TX, 78744 Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and professional Leasing Agent to join our team at Spring Villas. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: * Market available units to potential tenants through various channels * Show apartments to prospective tenants and highlight the features and amenities * Process rental applications and conduct background and credit checks * Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately * Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting unit inspections * Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner * Assist with property maintenance requests and work orders Qualifications: * Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities * Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software * Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
