What You'll Do

:

• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential and commercial transactions
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing appointments
• Manage lease listings, tenant placements, and rental negotiations
• Guide clients through the full sales or leasing process with professionalism
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and local inventory
• Leverage Keller Williams' award-winning training and technology to grow your business

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License
• Minimum of 1year of real estate experience
• Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude
• Flexible schedule

Compensation

This is a full commission-based position with limitless earning potential. Beyond your own transactions, you'll earn per closing from your mentees, with the potential to make $150,000 annually or more. Plus, you won't need to source clients; we'll bring coaching clients to you!
