What You'll Do: * Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential and commercial transactions * Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing appointments * Manage lease listings, tenant placements, and rental negotiations * Guide clients through the full sales or leasing process with professionalism * Stay up-to-date on market trends and local inventory * Leverage Keller Williams' award-winning training and technology to grow your business Qualifications * Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License * Minimum of 1year of real estate experience * Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude * Flexible schedule Compensation This is a full commission-based position with limitless earning potential. Beyond your own transactions, you'll earn per closing from your mentees, with the potential to make $150,000 annually or more.
