What We Would Provide You : * A straight commission, W-2 opportunity to make $120-200K+ * Paid training to set you up for success * High-quality leads from customers who have contacted us - no cold calling! * A robust benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) matching, and more * Best-in-class continuous training and state-of-the-art software * A trusting, respectful, and fun culture * An award-winning company you can be proud to represent * Opportunities for your professional growth What You Would Do : * Meet with homeowners on pre-qualified, company-generated leads * Build rapport with the customer and determine desired outcomes * Carefully examine the customer's home to accurately diagnose the issues * Provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues * Write proposals for each customer account, including photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists, and job worksheets * Negotiate contracts, process payments and file paperwork for scheduling of projects * Meet or exceed sales goals What You Need for This Role : * 2+ years of sales experience, preferred * Sales experience in the residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement industries is a plus, but not required * Construction experience is a plus, but not required * Being able to and comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a house * Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills * Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl * A valid driver's license and a safe driving record * Skill in operating computer software Our purpose is to redefine the construction industry by providing our customers with a remarkable experience.
