Shangy's, the premier specialty beer wholesaler in Pennsylvania is looking for a motivated sales individual to join our sales team! Who You Are: An eager, outgoing, collaborative, self-starter who is willing to learn and adapt to excel at your job. What the Job Involves: Selling the finest portfolio of specialty beers in the market today. Working with and selling to retail clients spanning from restaurants, bars, deli's, beer distributors, and grocery stores located primarily in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Communicating with retail clients in person, over the phone, and through email. You will need to have strong interest and motivation to learn about our vast portfolio of specialty beers and be able to aggressively sell products to all customers. Constantly learning about beer, our portfolio, and your customer base. An additional focus will involve creating and nurturing relationships with buyers and increasing sales at accounts within this territory. Experience/Skills: - Background involving sales - Background involving customer service - Proficient with computer software - Detailed oriented + strong organizational skills - Excellent active listening skills - Following directions. - Your own reliable car/transportation for use daily. - Beer knowledge a plus but not a requirement! - Hours: Monday - Friday Shangy's The Beer Authority 6810 Tilghman St. Allentown, PA 18106 Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
