This remote position offers a competitive compensation package (base salary + commission + quarterly bonus), a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to work with both existing accounts and inbound leads.
What You'll Do
:
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to assigned leads and accounts, exceeding expectations and maximizing program impact.
- Drive Business Growth: Prospect for new clients and develop strategic solutions to expand our market reach.
- Master Promotional Products: Research products, create compelling proposals, and provide virtual and physical samples to showcase our offerings.
- Manage Sales Processes: Utilize our company store platform, manage quotes and orders within Commonsku and Salesforce, and collaborate effectively with our internal team.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction: Maintain clear communication throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment.
- Engage with the Industry: Participate in presentations, meetings, and continue growing with vendor meetings and product showcases. What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of proven success in promotional product sales, consistently exceeding targets.
- A proactive approach to prospecting and developing new business opportunities within existing leads and the broader market.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM/ERP systems (experience with Commonsku and Salesforce is a plus), and strong typing skills.
- A positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
