Your next leadership role starts herewhere people, performance, and service come first. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team and oversee janitorial operations across client sites in the Raleigh and Wilmington areas. This position is based out of our Raleigh, NC, office, and office space is available at our Branch along with office space at our client site in Wake Forest, NC. This position will require approximately 30% travel between locations to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
:
- Manage day-to-day operations for janitorial services across multiple sites.
- Ensure client satisfaction and strong employee relations.
- Schedule and supervise account personnel, ensuring work standards are consistently met.
- Conduct site evaluations and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage inventory, equipment usage, and budgeting for assigned accounts.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training for supervisory and support staff.
- Maintain safety compliance and address troubleshooting needs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
Qualifications
:
- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 25 years of management experience, preferably in janitorial or facility services.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly between Raleigh and Wilmington.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to forecast staffing and budget needs and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Experience in coaching and leading teams, with a strong understanding of HR policies and employee development. What Were Looking For:
