What You 'll Do * Lead the special events sales team, guiding strategy and execution across multiple venues. * Drive lead generation through proactive outreach, networking, trade shows, referrals, and social media. * Oversee all event inquiries, bookings, and custom proposals--ensuring exceptional guest service at every step. * Build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners. * Manage event scheduling in TripleSeat and communicate effectively with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. * Coordinate A/V setup needs and custom layouts to match client visions. * Represent the brand at public relations events and industry functions. What We 're Looking For * 5+ years in hospitality sales or event management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. * Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales teams. * Excellent communication, client service, and organizational abilities. * Proficiency in event software (TripleSeat a plus). * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends for events and client meetings. * A proactive, hands-on approach with a deep commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
