Korean Air is seeking a motivated and talented individual to fill the full- time, contract position of Passenger Sales Representative to contribute to the success of the sales team 1. About the Job * Position: Passenger Sales Representative * Location: Chicago, IL * Job Type: Full-Time, Contract 2. Job Description/Responsibilities * Analyze sales data and research market trends to enhance sales * Develop new markets in the sales territory * Position competitive prices and communicate price-related matters with travel agents and U.S. HQ Marketing/Sales teams * Answer travel agencies' inquiries and resolve conflicts * Provide travel agencies with professional reservation, ticketing and sales support * Monitor travel agencies for possible default and/or malpractice * Handle administrative tasks and communicate with HQ personnel 3. Requirements and Preferred Qualifications * Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without a sponsorship * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant disciplines preferred * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication skills and customer service skills * 1+ years of sales experience preferred * Frequent business travel is required 4.
