EXPERIENCED SALES REPRESENTATIVE WANTED 360 Painting is a locally owned and operated, well established painting company serving the tri-country Charleston area seeking painters for year- round work with over 20% repeat/referral customer base. We offer a variety of painting projects and services to our customers and always provide quality work and job performance. What You Will Receive * Earn $1,200/week or more commission * Work full-time * Professional Office Support - scheduling, customer support, job tracking * Successful marketing campaign that brings us well-qualified customers * Branded apparel and signage Purpose * Shows up on job site; greets the homeowner; requests to walk around the property. * Asks the customer questions and makes recommendations. * Generates the quote and submits it to the customer. Qualifications * Previous construction/consumer sales experience Responsibilities * Controls all sales functions. * Completes estimates/proposals for work. * Initiates lead generation programs. * Supervises and delegates office activities. * Performs follow-up function once jobs are completed to ensure customer satisfaction. * Completes performance reports as required. * All 360 Painting locations are independently owned and operated.
