The Sr. Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, while ensuring that our mission remains at the forefront of all sales initiatives. Excellent Benefits: * Remote Opportunity: Candidate must reside in the greater Chicago area * Competitive Pay: $100-125K base salary, plus commission * Medical, Dental, Vision * 401K Match * Life Insurance * Employee Assistance Plan What the Sr. Account Executive role looks like: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new revenue growth. * Acquire new clients and build/maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, overcome challenges, and achieve sales targets. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to stakeholders. * Track and provide weekly/monthly reports on sales metrics and revenue forecasts. What our ideal candidate looks like: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience. * A minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the transportation, logistics, or fleet maintenance industry. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong motivation and ability to work independently. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite and using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities. * Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. * Work Environment: * Combination of office and field settings * Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs * Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
