Regional Account Manager - Commercial Sales Location: Dallas, TX Employment Type: Full-Time | Field-Based Sales

Compensation

: $60,000 base draw + quarterly commission (structure in development)

We're hiring a Regional Account Manager to drive commercial sales across Texas, focused on high-quality roofing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you'll play a key role in expanding market presence and building long-term client relationships. You'll be responsible for full-cycle, B2B sales with a strong focus on new business development. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment and is energized by both hunting for new clients and nurturing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sell commercial roofing services, primarily re-roofing for commercial properties (some new construction and residential work included)
• Focus on 60% new business development and 40% account management
• Manage a territory based in Dallas, with the potential to expand statewide
• Navigate varying sales cycles
• Track and manage pipeline and client communication via CRM system (Centerpoint)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• B2B Sales Experience: 2+ years preferred, with a focus on lead generation and closing new business
• Industry Experience: Roofing, construction, or commercial services experience strongly preferred but not required
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools; experience with Centerpoint is a plus
• Location: Based in or near Dallas, with ability to travel throughout Texas
