What You 'll Do: Sales & Customer Engagement: * Canvass residential and commercial areas to generate new leads. * Initiate conversations with potential customers, explaining the benefits of pest control services. * Educate homeowners and business owners on common pest issues and prevention methods. * Overcome objections and answer questions to build trust with potential clients. * Close sales by guiding customers through service agreements and scheduling their first service. Lead Generation & Follow-Up: * Maintain a record of potential customers and follow up on leads. * Utilize referral programs and customer recommendations to expand the customer base. * Revisit interested prospects to encourage them to sign up for services. Marketing & Brand Representation: * Represent the company professionally while engaging with the community. * Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, or business cards. * Promote seasonal specials, discounts, or bundled service offerings to increase customer interest. Administrative & Reporting: * Accurately record sales, appointments, and customer information. * Provide daily or weekly reports on progress, leads, and closed deals. * Coordinate with pest control technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
