Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Manager to lead our used vehicle department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and dealership operations, along with exceptional customer service skills. This role is pivotal in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the used car department, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of customer service.
• Manage inventory control by analyzing market trends and adjusting stock levels to meet demand.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer experience.
• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices for retail sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Utilize public speaking skills to present vehicles and promotions effectively during sales events or meetings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dealership environment with a focus on used car sales.
• Strong skills in upselling, customer service, and retail sales strategies.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and market analysis techniques.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Excellent public speaking skills for presentations and team training sessions.
