Job Summary

Roberts Financial Group is an independent insurance agency in Olive Branch, MS and we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients. This role requires a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right solutions to meet their needs. Experience is not necessary but a valid MS and/or TN producer license is required.

Duties

• Meet or exceed monthly policy sales targets
• Selling policies to warm leads from our partner car dealership
• Ability to cross-sell related insurance products
• Engage in retail sales, telemarketing, and outside sales activities to promote products and services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain product benefits and features, ensuring a clear understanding of offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• A valid MS and.or TN state-issued insurance license
• Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
• Team player who want to contribute ideas to making our company grow.
