Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail math, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively. Engine oil and various lubricants, engine spare parts sales knowledge a must. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. * Identify and engage potential clients through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and networking. * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory control. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to management. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or commercial sales management is preferred. * Strong knowledge of retail math and inventory management principles. * Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Experience managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM software for tracking leads. * Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. * Demonstrated ability in outbound sales techniques and building lasting client relationships. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
