Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, vendor management, and building maintenance at a prominent location in downtown Miami. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in facilities management, a hands-on approach, and the ability to respond to emergency situations as they arise. This role involves a mix of operational, financial, and administrative responsibilities to ensure the property runs efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and coordinate all facility operations and maintenance activities. * Manage vendor relationships, including contracts for janitorial, HVAC, and maintenance services. * Perform light maintenance tasks and supervise work order completion. * Schedule and coordinate routine and preventive maintenance. * Manage operational budgets and capital planning initiatives. * Act as liaison with building tenants or business units. * Ensure smooth execution of janitorial services and event/meeting room setups. * Maintain accurate records for service contracts and compliance requirements. * Respond to facility-related emergencies and ensure prompt resolution. Must-Have Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field. * Experience with vendor oversight, budgeting, and general building operations. * Ability to remain on-call and responsive to emergencies. Preferred Qualifications * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Financial acumen with experience in operations budgeting and capital planning. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Education * High School Diploma or GED required.
