As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience. * Conduct demo ridess to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. * Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations on products. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring motorcycles are displayed attractively. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall customer experience. * Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Experience * Previous experience in motorcycle sales or motor vehicle environments is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Demonstrated ability to upsell products and drive sales through effective customer interactions. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone when necessary. * A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques.
