Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets. * Utilize a consultative sales approach to diagnose inefficiencies and recommend optimized solutions. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term success. * Manage and grow a productive sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasts. * Deliver tailored software, hardware, and outsourcing solutions to meet customer needs. * Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track sales activities and manage accounts. * Execute the A2D4 Sales Process, from research to solution delivery. * Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals. What We 're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Proven B2B sales experience (preferred) * Experience in mail/document solutions, CRM tools, and business process improvement is a plus * Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills * Ability to assess, enhance, and optimize business processes * A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed Work Environment & Travel: * Combination of office, remote, and fieldwork * Some lifting (up to 75 lbs) required * Occasional domestic travel Join a Team That Invests in Your Success!
