Job Title: Sales Support Representative (SSR) Department : Sales Reports To : SVP Sales, future - "Small Group" Team Leader Position Overview The Sales Support Representative (SSR) plays a vital role in our sales team by ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently for customers. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the customers throughout the sales journey. The SSR will be the linchpin in resolving any onboarding or sales-related issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and team productivity. Key Responsibilities * Monitor the Order Group's mailbox and phone queue to input and track orders from customers or Account Executives (AEs), ensuring timely and accurate processing. * Assist the sales team in onboarding and sales-related processes (e.g. Reseller Agreement, STEAM account Request, IPOSPAYS accounts setup), acting as a critical point for process adherence, and timely performance * Handle all administrative tasks associated with the sales process, ensuring that all information is disseminated appropriately, completely, and accurately * Collaborate with various departments to ensure that customer needs are met effectively and efficiently * Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions, contributing to the continuous improvement of the sales process and information retention * Qualify inbound leads with SVP Sales, once loaded into the CRM (future) and before they are assigned to a sales representative, or the ISSR team. * Answer incoming calls from potential clients, conduct an interview following the provided call script, recording customer responses in an email to SVP Sales and the CRM (future) * Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a liaison between the sales team and customers to address inquiries promptly * Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to align with the team's goals and objectives * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers. * Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and Outlook for email and calendar management * Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness to cope with the changing demands of the job * High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Understand that the client's satisfaction is a priority * Must conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally to customers What We Offer * A dynamic and supportive team environment where your contribution is valued * Opportunity to be a part of a leading company at the forefront of the payment technology * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Competitive salary and benefits package Benefits * Healthcare Medical - Mental, Dental & Vision * Life Insurance * 10 days Vacation Leave - accrual based * 6 days Sick Leave - accrual based Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.71 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) 5% Match * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Paid training * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Holiday pay * Overtime pay * Yearly bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: * Las Vegas, NV 89118 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Las Vegas, NV 89118: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
