Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong understanding of sales techniques, including upselling and cash handling.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively upsell to customers.
• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Provide support in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a POS system is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
