Join our dynamic team as a Sales General Laborer at La Grange franchise with 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, where you'll blend sales expertise with hands-on labor tasks. We 're looking for a versatile individual who thrives in customer interactions and is ready to tackle physical challenges to support our daily operations. What We Offer: Flexible Scheduling: We operate 7 days a week. Everyone must work at least one weekend day. Full-Time:*Work 4 shifts a week (8-12 hour shifts).* Immediate Start Dates:*Paid training included. Responsibilities: Sales Activities:*Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Present and promote products/services effectively. Achieve sales targets to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer.* Customer Service:*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.* General Labor Tasks:*Physically able to lift 75lbs+ repeatedly. Assist in loading and unloading merchandise. Perform physical tasks, including lifting and organizing inventory. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Collaborate with the team to meet operational goals.* Documentation:*Maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory movements.* Requirements:*Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver 's license (3+ years for insurance). Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role. Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.* Flexibility to adapt to both sales and labor responsibilities.
