Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Rental Real Estate Agent and Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position involves working with all rental leads for The Team and handling some property management responsibilities including ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximizing property potential. Key Responsibilities: * Work with tenants and landlords through the leasing process. * Promote available properties through various channels, conduct property showings, and manage the leasing process from application to move-in. * Listing available properties for lease. * Set up searches for clients. * Negotiate lease agreements. * Attend inspections and walk throughs. Qualifications: * Proven experience in residential property leasing, property management or a related field. * Strong understanding of leasing procedures, tenant rights, and property regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Valid real estate license. * Ability to Create a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport. * Flexible schedule. * Willingness to train on process and procedures. * Organized, systematic and detail-oriented. * Results oriented and high achiever. * Career development and training focused. * Demonstrates knowledge of our local real estate market.
