We're currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission Sales Representative to grow our client base and drive new business. Position Overview As a Commission Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is to generate leads, conduct consultations, develop sales proposals, and close deals for custom landscape design and construction projects. You'll work closely with our design and project management teams to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional client experience from start to finish. This is a high-earning potential position with a competitive commission structure, ideal for a self-starter who thrives on results and relationship- building. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts * Conduct initial client consultations and site visits to understand project scope and goals * Collaborate with design and estimating teams to prepare tailored proposals and presentations * Present and sell design/build solutions to residential and commercial clients * Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales in CRM or sales tracking tools * Serve as the liaison between the client and TerraNova throughout the sales cycle * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in landscape design/build, construction, or a related field * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to understand and present design concepts and construction processes * Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve results * Familiarity with CRM tools; experience with Bolster Software is a plus * Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for client meetings What We Offer * Generous commission-based compensation structure * High-quality leads and marketing support * Support from in-house design and project management teams * Flexible schedule and autonomy to manage your time * Opportunity to grow with a respected name in the industry Apply Now!
