Job Overview Transform outdoor spaces and delight clients as our key sales professional. We're seeking a passionate sales expert to guide customers in creating their dream landscapes. Key Responsibilities * Conduct client consultations to understand outdoor living needs * Develop detailed design plans with our designers integrating landscaping and hardscaping * Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals * Coordinate project execution with contractors with the Project Manager * Manage client relationships with exceptional service Qualifications * Proven sales experience, preferably in landscaping/hardscaping * Expert knowledge of landscape design and materials * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Passion for creating exceptional outdoor living spaces Compensation * Draw on commission * Uncapped commission * Performance bonuses Location: Clearwater, FL 33756 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Day shift Ability to Commute: * Clearwater, FL 33756 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Clearwater, FL 33756: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
