JOB DESCRIPTION: Smoky Mountain Farmers Co-op is seeking a dependable and hard-working individual to join our team as a Fuel Kiosk Sales Associate at our Sevierville location. This part-time position offers approximately 25-28 hours per week, primarily covering afternoon shifts from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM, with some weekend availability required. The Fuel Kiosk Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers with fuel purchases, answering phone calls, taking bulk fuel orders, and maintaining a clean and organized kiosk and fueling area. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: o Settle and record daily fuel sales o Answer incoming calls in a professional manner o Take and process bulk fuel orders accurately o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel kiosk and surrounding pump area o Provide friendly and efficient customer service o May be asked to perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: o Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively independently as well as within a team o Attention to detail o Must be dependable and punctual o Self-motivated with a strong work ethic EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQURIEMENTS: o High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required) o Previous experience in retail, customer service, or fuel service a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee or with reasonable accommodation to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. o Ability to move around the facility and grounds without assistance o Ability to repeatedly bend, crouch, kneel, stand, reach, grasp, crawl, walk, lift, push, pull, or climb Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 25 - 28 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Shift: * Evening shift Work Location: In person
