Benefits: * Bonus based on performance * Flexible schedule * Opportunity for advancement * Paid time off * Training & development ROLE DESCRIPTION: * Provide outstanding customer service and Sales through various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs and concerns. * Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated to relevant departments within the company. * Act as a liaison between customers and various teams members, helping to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. * Identify and pursue sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling products/services to existing customers. * Follow up on leads, cold calls, and referrals to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets. * Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. * Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. * Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. QUALIFICATIONS: * Dedicated to customer service * Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs. * Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members * Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. * Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities. * Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate CRM software * ability to obtain Insurance Licenses
