Job Description

: AIM Roofing is rapidly growing, and we're looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead, train, and motivate our door-to-door roofing sales team. If you're passionate about leadership, have roofing or construction sales experience, and know how to push a team to succeed--this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Motivate reps to hit weekly/monthly sales goals
• Provide in-field coaching and support
• Oversee door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
• Manage sales performance
• Conduct team meetings and provide progress updates
• Support reps with closings, inspections, and client communication

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales or leadership experience (roofing/home improvement preferred)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must be self-motivated and goal-driven
• Able to lead by example and work in the field when needed
• Fluent in Spanish/English a plus, but not required
