B&F Fastener Supply 13232 Portal Dr Omaha, NE 68138 Base Pay ($45,000-$55,000) + Commission Full-Time Shift(s): MON-FRI 7:30 am-5:00 pm B&F Fastener Supply, a leading provider of industrial and construction supplies with a strong history of customer satisfaction, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

:

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Sales Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line and industry trends.
• Territory Management: Effectively plan and manage your sales territory.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications

:

• Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.

Requirements

:

• Must occasionally lift, carry or move product packaged in 50lb packages.
• Must be able and willing to work in territory 4-5 days a week and keep up with required follow up record keeping expectations.
