Alphamatician is seeking an experienced performer to help us launch and grow our innovative new products within the financial services sector. We are looking for a candidate residing in the greater Boston area or greater New York City. The Business Development Director will focus on generating leads in the Boston, New York, and southern Connecticut markets. Key responsibilities include: * Generate leads and build relationships with major financial institutions and third parties. * Conduct sales and marketing planning. * Maintain customer relationships. * Identify new market opportunities. Skill Requirements: * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. * Ability to self start and work within a startup environment. * High attention to detail and passion for quality of work. Education and Experience Requirements: * A minimum of three years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record. * A four year bachelor's degree from an accredited university. * A working knowledge of the financial services sector. * Previous startup experience is a major plus.
