Entry Level Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated entry-level sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers, assist in sales transactions, and contribute to the success of our retail operations. You will also help support team development and implement marketing strategies in a face-to-face environment. Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales transactions. * Support management in meeting sales and service goals. * Train and mentor team members in daily tasks. * Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers. * Ensure clear communication between customers, team members, and management. * Follow company policies and procedures to deliver a positive customer experience. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required. * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is preferred but not required. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed. * Comfortable working in a retail environment and engaging with customers.
