Responsibilities

Sales and Consultation: Build and maintain relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information. New Business Development: Generate new leads and proactively pursue sales opportunities to achieve individual and team targets. Policies and Coverage: Recommend and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and additional products to meet clients' specific needs. Premium Collection: Assist clients with premium payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
