INSIDE PARTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE LeBlond Ltd is seeking an Inside Parts Sales Representative position at our growing Amelia, OH facility. Our business goal is to provide quality product and support services in order to keep LeBlond, Standard Modern lathes, K.O. Lee, W.F. & John Barnes, Johnson Press and Deka Drill equipment in top operating condition, as well as our new machine equipment. Whether the machine tools are five years old or fifty, we thrive on providing our Customer with the products and services required to keep their machine in production. Responsibilities: * Build, develop, and manage accounts: Increase revenue from established customers, and generate additional revenue from new customers * Confirming sales orders to the customer and ensuring the delivery date is respected * Completing Internal Work Orders * Tracking Customer PO's * Working with Service Department/ Internal workflow for service calls * Handling Part Warranty Issues * Sending information to customers on our products and equipment * Working closely with additional sales representatives * Work closely with shipping and production departments to determine approx. lead times * Communicating with different departments to gather and validate information when needed * Sending quotes to the customer and other internal collaborators * Following up on quotes with the customers * Committing to customer satisfaction * Answering phone calls from customers and providing requested information * Researching Customer inquiries by serial/part numbers * Other projects & additional duties as assigned Skill Set * Knowledge of industrial components used in machine fabrication and industry knowledge would be a major asset * Good communication skills * High attention to detail * High sense of urgency * Computer skills preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook, E2 Shoptech) * Analytical mind, attention to detail, rigorous, methodical, stress resilient * Work full time hours 8:00 - 4:30 w/ half-hour unpaid lunch * Able & willing to multi-task * Enjoy small office environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
