The Farmers Insurance David Carson Agency is seeking a confident and motivated Insurance Sales Producer to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. Insurance license is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities: * Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients * Check over insurance policies to ensure accuracy * Resolve client inquiries and complaints * Expand business reach through networking techniques * Comply with insurance standards and regulations * Track and identify areas of improvement Meet sales goals Qualifications and Skills: * Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields * Self-motivated, driven, goal oriented, and positive attitude Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to work well within a team * Strong negotiation skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Bilingual preferred Benefits: * Hourly pay plus commission * Training and mentoring * Incentives * Bonuses * Paid Holidays Job Type: Permanent Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Language: * Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) * Property & Casualty License (Required) Work Location: In person
