Job Title: Vehicle Sales Representative Location: Easy Finance Auto Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented vehicle sales representative to oversee vehicle sales and enhance our online presence. This role is crucial for ensuring that vehicles are properly maintained, inspected, marketed, and sold, while also managing communications and follow-ups with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Establish relationships, identify customer needs through active listening to generate leads and drive sales. * Email Management: Respond to inquiries and manage communications via email, ensuring timely and professional interactions with clients and partners. * Social Media: Manage and update social media platforms with high-quality images of vehicles in inventory, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries. * Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-up communications with potential clients to develop leads and convert inquiries into sales. * Documentation Tracking: Post detailed reports regarding vehicle conditions, inspections, and availability on relevant platforms. * Options Listing: Review and document the features and options available for each vehicle to ensure accurate marketing. * Fuel Management: Ensure vehicles are adequately fueled before use; coordinate refueling if not already completed. * Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition, safety, and compliance with standards. * Spare Key Management: Maintain an organized inventory of spare keys, ensuring they are secure and easily accessible. * Mileage Tracking: Regularly record and report the current mileage of all vehicles to ensure timely maintenance. * GPS Oversight: Monitor and manage the installation and functionality of GPS systems in vehicles for effective tracking. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; experience in automotive or sales fields is a plus. * Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in photography and social media management tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Familiarity with inventory control processes is a plus * Bilingual is plus Work Environment: This position involves both office and fieldwork, with occasional travel to various locations for vehicle inspections and marketing activities. Salary Range: weekly pay with semi monthly paid commission Commission Structure: * Competitive commission based on sales performance. * Bonuses available for meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
