We specialize in delivering reliable and customized security solutions for businesses, events, and properties. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our client base and strengthen our local market presence. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients * Schedule and conduct meetings with business decision-makers to present our services * Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals * Use CRM tools to manage leads, proposals, and client interactions * Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry networking events * Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required * Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities * Knowledge of the security services industry is a plus * Familiarity with the Las Vegas market preferred * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Job Details * Job Type: Full-time * Pay: $ 52,000 a year (based on experience) * Location: Las Vegas, NV * License: PILB License #2073B Important * No walk-ins * No phone calls Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 per year Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
