Director, Sales Operations Improve the business processes and best practices for the Sales organization by identifying, developing and managing growth opportunities while assisting Sales Management. Lead the Account Services, B2B, and Sales Ops/EDI teams to become more efficient. Account Services * Work with the sales and account services teams to streamline processes * Lead the teams to become more proactive, efficient and strategic to offer the best possible service B2B * Continue the evolution of our B2B site and ease of use for internal and external users * Work with demand planning team to finalize and implement inventory strategy for core styles * Own the execution of brand messaging and portrayal on the site Sales Operations/EDI * Responsible for all internal & external interfaces with WMS-enabled warehouses/domestic operations * Accountable to ensure daily invoicing matches what we have physically shipped * Work with the Product, B2B and Sales Ops teams to effectively communicate Hot Market, Booking and Promotional Opportunities i.e. pricing, product, deadlines * Approve and distribute all price lists for any product being offered, ensure pricing is correct on all orders Domestic Production * Assist in the prioritization the daily and weekly workflows, setting expectations of what needs to be done when Customer Compliance * Collaborate with internal teams to navigate customer setup, compliance, and chargebacks Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * Customer Service Managerial experience required * Strong writing, mathematical and communication skills required * Extremely organized, highly energetic, ability to multi-task * Strong computer skills including all Microsoft applications * Ability to speak clearly and effectively to colleagues and customers * Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction * 5-7 Years of Sales Operations Experience REVISED: 04/10/2025
