Overview Value Staffing Resource Group (VSRG), is now seeking a dynamic and results- driven Staffing Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and enhance our talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, account management, and leadership, with a keen ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships. This role is critical in ensuring we attract and retain top talent while aligning staffing needs with business objectives. We are seeking an aggressive Road Warrior that is comfortable calling on and providing excellent B2B staffing solutions to local businesses in the Tri- Cities/Knoxville market. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing requirements and providing tailored solutions. * Lead negotiations with candidates and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. * Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. * Collaborate with sales teams to identify market trends and opportunities for growth in staffing solutions. * Utilize Salesforce and other tools to track recruitment metrics and improve processes. * Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving targets. * Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in recruitment and account management. Requirements * Proven experience in staffing management or a related field, with a strong understanding of technical sales and technology sales. * 4 year degree in business management or administration or proven sales experience * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Demonstrated success in business development and account management within a staffing or recruitment context. * Strong leadership capabilities, able to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals. * Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking sales activities and recruitment metrics. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates alike. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
