We are looking to IMMEDIATELY HIRE an enthusiastic and motivated Leasing Agent WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE. Qualifications: * Must be Bilingual in Spanish * We are looking for Experience and No Experience we will train you. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong people skills Responsibilities * Assist prospective tenants with inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process. * Conduct property tours and showcase available units, highlighting features and amenities. * Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and leasing activities using property management software. * Collaborate with team members to resolve tenant issues and enhance overall tenant satisfaction. * Utilize bilingual communication skills to assist Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
