ELYA Holdings, LLC is looking for an assistant property manager to assist the Regional Manager in managing two mobile home communities in the Paw Paw area. This is a full-time position intended for a person with prior property management experience. Must be reliable, have great customer service, diligent with a daily structure, superb organization, ability to think quickly and provide accurate instructions or solutions.

Responsibilities

: Answering residents calls, daily rent collections, bank deposits, prepare legal notices and file with attorney accurately, Follow daily schedule of tasks and show available units to potential tenants. Issue and record resident violations and work orders. Reporting as company assigns, Other tasks as required/assigned. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 per hour
