Busy Real Estate Development office in need of a experienced Admin Assistant,(Assistant Property Manager) in Okaland.

• MUST SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH!!! Must have great sales skills for leasing apartments!!

Duties

include, but not limited to;

• Answering high volume / multi-line phone system
• Customer Service
• Drafting correspondence and documents
• Bank deposits
• Collecting rents
• Filing
• Errand running
• Scheduling appointments
• showing units and giving tours
• Maintenance requests
• using computer software such as Office, Outlook, Rent Manager and Appfolio Experienced applicants only, please. This position will transition into a residential onsite manager after a few weeks of employment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour
