Overview: Premier Property Management Services manages over 500 single-family and multi- family properties for rent in the Louisville Metro area. We are seeking a leasing coordinator to help balance our existing workload. The main focus of this role will be leasing rental properties as well as communicating regularly with tenants to resolve issues and to provide excellent ongoing customer service. The position will require great attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work with a variety of personalities in a fast-paced setting. Position Details: * Hourly wage plus mileage reimbursement for showings * Full-time (36 hours per week), non-exempt employee * Four weekdays 8am-5pm plus a half-day every Saturday * Holidays and additional paid time off provided * Partial payment of employee health premiums through company plan (following introductory period) * 401k plan with employer match for eligible employees Responsibilities: * Contact rental leads; provide information about available properties and rental criteria * Schedule and conduct showings at rental properties throughout the Louisville Metro area * Oversee the resident application process, including collecting complete applications and fees, verifying applicant information, etc. * Assist with move-ins and move-outs as needed * Serve as the primary point of contact for rental leads * Maintain communication with other team members, providing regular updates regarding lead status, leases, issues, etc. * Assist with periodic property inspections as needed * Maintain current property records, referral lists, etc. in PropertyWare system * Other responsibilities as assigned Requirements: Background check Drug testing Valid driver's license Reliable personal transportation Leasing experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Professional development assistance * Retirement plan Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Every weekend * Weekends as needed Application Question(s): * This role requires driving to several rental properties throughout Louisville Metro daily.
