Job Summary INVO PEO Underwriting is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while effectively communicating and quoting personal lines insurance coverage information and resolving inquiries. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment. Duties * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience. * Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. * Communicate effectively with customers regarding products, services, and promotions. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the sales administration system. * Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes. * Stay informed about market trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable assistance. * Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and best practices. * Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. Experience * Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or outside sales is preferred. * Previous experience in commercial or personal lines insurance is preferred * Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance is preferred * Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
