Administrative Assistant / Leasing Assistant / 61066 $20/hour Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (32-34 hours/week; some flexibility) CPS Recruitment is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant / Leasing Assistant to support a busy property management team. This is a hands-on, onsite role ideal for someone with leasing or administrative experience in a housing or property management setting.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and tenant relations
• Update housing waitlists and process applications
• Serve as a liaison between tenants and maintenance staff
• Answer phones, manage emails, and maintain office organization
• Coordinate deliveries, handle work orders, and ensure resident satisfaction
• Potential to advance into an Assistant Property Manager role

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Previous leasing or property management experience
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to occasionally travel to Holley, NY
• Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
