Administrative Assistant / Leasing Assistant / 61066 $20/hour Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (32-34 hours/week; some flexibility) CPS Recruitment is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant / Leasing Assistant to support a busy property management team. This is a hands-on, onsite role ideal for someone with leasing or administrative experience in a housing or property management setting. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and tenant relations * Update housing waitlists and process applications * Serve as a liaison between tenants and maintenance staff * Answer phones, manage emails, and maintain office organization * Coordinate deliveries, handle work orders, and ensure resident satisfaction * Potential to advance into an Assistant Property Manager role Preferred Qualifications: * Previous leasing or property management experience * Strong administrative and communication skills * Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) knowledge is a plus * Willingness to occasionally travel to Holley, NY * Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required * Driver's License and ability to lift 50lbs To Apply: Send your resume to [please apply online] for immediate consideration.
