Temporary Property Manager - Multifamily Housing (LOA Coverage) Location: Rockland, MA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Dress Code: Business Casual Pay Rate: $29/hour Start Date: ASAP A well-established multifamily community is seeking an experienced Temporary Property Manager to cover a leave of absence through June. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in affordable housing who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of a 200+ unit residential property * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, building codes, and landlord-tenant laws * Manage on-site staff, coordinate maintenance, and ensure resident satisfaction * Utilize Yardi for leasing, reporting, and general property management * Assist with occasional resident and community events Qualifications: * Proven experience in multifamily property management * Strong background in affordable housing (LIHTC) * COS and Tax Credit certifications required * Proficient in Yardi software * Strong multitasking, communication, and leadership skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments Compensation: $29 per hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Rockland, MA 02370 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Rockland, MA 02370: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
